Arturo was a great teacher friend. The early 70s were interesting times and Arturo was a bit of a renaissance man in our high school. He shared literature and ideas ahead of our time in place. I remember when Art suggested we go visit Muhammed Ali at his camp. Art, Meda, Terry, and I hopped in the volkswagen, drove up, wound up sitting on Ali's porch, watching the sunset, listening to Ali recite from the Koran and tell stories. Won't forget him
