Condolence From: Joanie Huey
Condolence: To all the Wagner family and friends,
I want to share a special memory I have from back in 1963 as a 3rd grader. I came to Mr. Wagner because I couldn't see in school. After testing me I'll never forget his smile as he said to me "you really don't see anything!" He knew! When he smilingly put my pink cat glasses on me for the 1st time, he said "the world's going to look alot brighter!" He was right! Only he and I really knew he opened my eyes to the beautiful world! My first ever clear vision I seen was him standing on his black and cream checkered floor, smiling at me! I am 62 and still have my pink cat glasses in a box marked Mr. Wagner's glasses - first time I could see. I haven't and never will forget this wonderful man who gave me my eyes! May God Bless and comfort you, Joanie
