Obituary for Virginia R. Heffner
Viriginia R. Heffner, 97, a resident at Kutztown Manor, passed away Wednesday, August 1, 2018 in Kutztown Manor. She was the widow of Harold M. Heffner, died October 25, 1987.
Born in Strausstown, she was the daughter of the late George A. and Sarah S. (Spangler) Zerbe. She was a member of Frieden's Church, Lenhartsville. Virginia was involved at church years ago, participating in Women's Guild and teaching Sunday School. She spent time babysitting children and always enjoyed cooking and baking.
She is survived by a daughter: Lucy A. (Heffner) wife of Robert L. Williams, Winter Garden, FL; and two grandsons who were the light of her life: Bryan and Tyler Williams both of Windermere, FL. She was predeceased by her sister: Nellie Miller, July 10, 2018.
Memorial Services will be held Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at 11:00 am from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 65 S. 4th Street Hamburg. Burial will be private in Frieden's Cemetery, Lenhartsville.
