Obituary for Lynn A. Luckenbill

Lynn A. Luckenbill, 69, of Ontelaunee Twp., passed away on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 in the Berks Heim. He was the husband of Betty L. (Labe) Miller Luckenbill.
Born in Upper Bern Twp., he was the son of the late Arthur D. and Pauline S. (Hix) Luckenbill. Lynn was a 1966 graduate of Hamburg Area High School. He was a member of Bern United Church of Christ, Bern Twp. Lynn worked as a meat cutter for Peter's Bros. in Lenhartsville. He enjoyed coin collecting and loved to read, especially Western paperbacks. Lynn also enjoyed the time he spent with Betty and helping her with her craft business.
Surviving in addition to his wife are two sons: Daniel A. Luckenbill, Dauberville; and Donald A. Luckenbill, and his wife Amy, Omaha, Nebraska; step-daughter: Karen L. Miller, Linwood, Washington; two grandsons: Dallas and Andrew; and one sister: Gloria A. Luckenbill, Centre Twp.
Services will be held on Monday at 11:00 am from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 223 Peach Street, Leesport. Burial will follow in St. Michael's Cemetery, Tilden Twp. A viewing will be held in the funeral home Sunday 7:00 to 9:00 pm and Monday 10:00 to 11:00 am. Memorial contributions may be sent to American Diabetes Association, P.O.
