Obituary for Jean A. Frantz (Adams)

Jean A. Frantz, 82, of Hamburg, passed away the evening of June 27, 2014 in the Laurel Center where she was since March 23. She was the wife of Kermit C. Frantz, who died May 25, 2012.
Born in Hamburg, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Dorothy (Bailey) Adams. Jean lived out her life wish of being a housewife and mother. She did have part-time jobs at Wagner's Shoe Store, the Silco, and Dollar General in Hamburg; and the Port Clinton Peanut Shop; but she always made sure to be there for her sons. Jean enjoyed her garden; crocheting, trips to the casinos, and the Phillies.
Surviving are two sons: Kevin C. Frantz, and his wife Jennifer, Oley; Kris A. Frantz, and his wife Sue, Hamburg; three grandchildren: Kimberlee Frantz, fiancé of Jason Szilli; and James and Megan Frantz; four step-grandchildren: Stefanie, Abby, Brittany and Billy Kramer; and one sister: Lena (Adams) Wolf, Hamburg. Jean was predeceased by a sister: Theda (Adams) Fister.
