Obituary for Clair A. Adam

Clair A. Adam, 66, of Windsor Twp., passed away on Monday, January 29, 2018 in Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest.
Born in West Reading, he was the son of the late Alvin C. and Laura E.M. (Bachman) Adam. He graduate from Reading High Night School in 1971. Clair worked for thirty years for Carpenter Steel. He then worked as a custodian for six years for the Hamburg Area School District. Clair was a member of the Keystone Social Club and was an avid golfer.
Clair is survived by his children: Jamie A. Adam, Hamburg; Scott C. Adam, Leesport; and Stephanie A. Adam, wife of Jamie Stoudt, Boyertown; and five grandchildren: Austin, Paige, Kylie, Mason and Carter. He is also survived by his two sisters: Jane L. (Adam), wife of Ronald L. Schappell, Shoemakersville; and Ruth A. "Snook" Adam, Windsor Twp.; and his companion: Linda Weirich, Hamburg.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery, Hamburg. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the charity of one's choice.
