Obituary for Elizabeth E. Keenan (Rhoads)

Elizabeth E. Keenan, 99, formerly of Mohnton, Lake Wynonah, and Hamburg, passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2017 in the Orwigsburg Center. She was predeceased by her husband, Earl L. Keenan.
Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late William H. and Ella (Glass) Williams. Betty was a 1937 graduate of Reading High School. She worked as an office manager. Betty had a life-time love and caring for her pet cats and dogs, especially "Bennie".
Betty is survived by her great-nephew: Jack Holtzman; and her special friend: Sylvia Nabholz.
Services will be on Friday at 11:00 am from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 65 S. 4th Street, Hamburg (off street parking in rear). Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Gibraltar.
