Obituary for Larry R. Sailer

Larry R. Sailer, 68, of West Lawn, died Tuesday, February 7, 2017. He was the husband of Faye A. (Hoffman) Sailer, they were married November 5, 1966.
Born in West Reading, he was the son of the late Harvey W. and Lovie (Sander) Sailer. He was a 1966 graduate of Hamburg Area High School. Larry had attended Zion's Church, Perry Twp. He worked for Bell Telephone/ AT&T for 25 years as a lineman and business phone installer, and later owned and operated JAD Communications, West Lawn since 1992. Larry was a member of Riverside Beneficial Association. He enjoyed going out to eat at area restaurants, especially The Ranch House, West Lawn, and Williams Family Restaurant, Reading.
Surviving in addition to his wife are three sons: Steven L. Sailer, husband of Susan, Birdsboro, Michael D. Sailer husband of Shannon, West Lawn, and Jason B. Sailer, Laureldale; four grandchildren: David, Samuel, Jordyn, and Zairea Sailer; a brother: Alan Sailer, Pattison, TX; a sister: Carol (Sailer) Savage, Rock Hill, SC; and nieces and nephews.
Services will be held Saturday at 2:00 pm from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 65 S. 4th Street Hamburg (off street parking in rear). Burial will follow in Zion's Cemetery, Perry Twp.
