Obituary for Steven R. Eisenhower
Steven R. Eisenhower, 62, of Upper Bern Twp., passed away on Friday, October 21, 2016 in the Reading Hospital with his family by his side. He was the husband of Christina M. (Lally) Eisenhower. They were married on April 29, 1978 and celebrated thirty-eight years of marriage.
Born in West Reading, he was the son of Carl Eisenhower, Bernville; and the late Nancy (Shirk) Eisenhower. Steven worked for Dietrich's Dairy. He was a member of Frieden's Church, Shartlesville. Steve enjoyed hunting, fishing, and Philadelphia sports. He especially enjoyed the time he spent with his grandchildren. Steve's favorite saying was, "Love You Lots!" He loved everybody and was very appreciative of everyone.
Surviving in addition to his wife and father are two sons: Steven R. Eisenhower, Jr., and his wife Tamara, Sinking Spring; and Chad M. Eisenhower, and his wife Lindsay, Centre Twp.; four grandchildren: Mckayla, Alanna, Haleigh and Brandt; and three brothers: Robert Eisenhower, and his wife Brenda, Bernville; Kevin Eisenhower, and his wife Lisa, Mohrsville; and Carl Eisenhower, Jr., and his wife Linda, Bernville.
Services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am from Frieden's Church, 28 Wolf Creek Road, Shartlesville. Burial will follow in adjoining cemetery. A viewing will be held in the church Wednesday 9:30 am until time of service. Memorial contributions may be sent to National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Greater Delaware Valley Chapter, 30 South 17th Street, Suite 800, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
