Obituary for Ronald L. Quillman

Ronald L. Quillman, 57, of Jefferson Twp., passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2016. He was the husband of Traci K. (Hartman) Quillman, to whom he was married for twenty-seven years.
Born in West Reading, he was the son of MaryJane (Machmer) Quillman, Mohrsville; and the late Carl Quillman. He was a 1976 graduate of Schuylkill Valley High School. Ronald worked for Campbell's Farm Fresh, Evansville for twenty-five years. He then worked for Berks County Prison; and currently worked at Roadside America, Shartlesville. Ronald was a member of St. Thomas United Church of Christ, Bernville. He enjoyed fishing and golfing, model building and dirt track racing. Ronald coached girls softball for many years as well as the Tulpehocken Rec Teams.
Surviving in addition to his wife and mother are four daughters: Jennifer A. (Quillman), wife of Robert Drago, Pottstown; Andrea N. Quillman, a student at Pennsylvania State University, State College; and twins: Kaitlynn K. Quillman and Kristen L. Quillman, both at home; and four grandchildren: Sydney, Trystian, Melissa, and Benjamin. Ronald is also survived by a sister: Diane (Quillman), wife Robert Reed, Mohrsville. He was predeceased by a daughter: Rebecca M. Quillman.
Services will be held on Thursday at 4:30 pm from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 223 Peach Street, Leesport, PA 19533. A viewing will be held in the funeral home on Thursday 3:00 to 4:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Quillman Daughters College Fund, c/o Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc. at the above address.
