Obituary for Helen M. Leibensperger (Yeager)

Helen M. Leibensperger, 94, a resident at Topton Lutheran Home, and formerly of Shoemakersville, passed away Friday, June 5, 2015 in Topton Lutheran Home. She was the wife of Paul W. Leibensperger, died January 22, 2000.
Born in Shoemakersville, she was the daughter of the late Howard S. and Herma (Miller) Yeager. She was a member of St. Luke's Church, Shoemakersville. Helen worked as a sewing machine operator at Merrit Underwear Co. for 20 years, before retiring in 1986. She was a member of Shoemakersville Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary and beneficial association.
Helen is survived by her nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers: Charles and Lester; and two sisters: E. Marie and Mildred.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in St. Michael's Cemetery, Tilden Twp. Memorial Contributions may be sent to Shoemakersville Fire Company, 300 Church Ave. Shoemakersville, PA 19555. Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., Hamburg, is in charge of arrangements.
