Born in Sayre, Pa. Todd is a 1993 graduate of Hamburg Area High School. He received an Associates Degree in Business Management from Reading Area Community College, and Associates Degree in Applied Science, specializing in Funeral Service, from Northampton Community College, Bethlehem, Pa. Todd has been employed at Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc. since January of 2000.
Todd and his wife Della (Leibensperger) are active members of St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Hamburg, where Todd serves as treasurer and is on church council.
Todd and his wife have two children, Ethan and Anabel. They enjoy going to Philadelphia Phillies games and playing with their much loved family dog, Jackey.
Todd is a member of Vaux Masonic Lodge No. 406 F&A.M. Hamburg.
