Bill Dorsey of Philadelphia, passed away on September 20, 2021. Bill was born in Middletown, NY on September 27, 1976. Bill graduated from Valley Central High School in Montgomery, NY. He then furthered his interests at Orange County Community College. Bill loved life, loved music, friends and family. Bill was a giver and had a huge heart. Bill loved the outdoors and nature. Bill had no fear; was full of life and was exceptionally adventurous. Bill is survived by his mother: Winifred Barnes, of New Paltz, NY; step sisters: Samantha Barnes, and Cynthia DuBois; and many relatives in the Reading and Lancaster areas. Bill is predeceased by his dad, William Dorsey, Sr. Bill is also survived by two uncles, Michael Lyons of TN and Thomas Lyons of NY and many first cousins.
