Thomas B. Rupp, 71, of Perry Twp., passed away on Friday, November 15, 2024 in the Reading Hospital. He was the husband of Renae (DeBise) Rupp. They were married on March 19, 2010 and celebrated fourteen years of marriage.

Born in Lewistown, he was the son of the late Blaine and Anne (Clark) Rupp. Thomas was a 1971 graduate of Penn Highlands High School, Lewistown Campus; and a 1973 graduate of Electronics Institute, Harrisburg. He worked as a senior project control specialist for forty years for Worley Parsons, Green Hills. Thomas was an avid hunter and enjoyed NASCAR, Penn State football, and poker.

Surviving in addition to his wife are his children: John Rupp, husband of Ardyth Van Scoy-Rupp, New York; and Amy (Rupp) Pearsall, wife of Terry Pearsall, Blandon; and two step-sons: Aaron Holderman, Hamburg; and Matthew DeBise, Fogelsville; and three grandchildren: Amaya and Kyleigh Pearsall; and Nolan Holderman. Thomas was predeceased by his siblings: William, Jack, Robert, Doris, Donna, Ruth and Rose.
