Theodore John Fisher, 66, of Windsor Twp., died Thursday, February 28, 2013 in his residence. Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Theodore H. and Gertrude I. (Prussman) Fisher. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. John is survived by a son: Gerald, of Orwigsburg; a daughter: Ann Marie, of Boulder, Colorado; a sister: Mary K., wife John L.
