Sonia M. (Ciesielko) Kessler, 82, of Hamburg, passed away Thursday, February 6, 2025 in her residence. She was the wife of Jacob L. Kessler, Sr., died May 17, 2015.

Born in Royersford, she was the daughter of the late Sophie M. Dobbs and the late John Ciesielko. She graduated from St. Pius X High School in 1960. Sonia was a member of St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, Hamburg. She worked for many years as a secretary for an Insurance Agency, her husband's family business, and Hamburg Broom Works, where she eventually retired from.

She is survived by two sons: Jacob L. Kessler, Jr., husband of Pam, Hamburg, and David M. Kessler, York. She is also survived by a sister: Dorothy Louise (Ciesielko) DeSilva, Williamsburg, VA.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 15, 2025 at 10:30 am from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 65 S. 4th Street Hamburg (off street parking in rear).
