Shirley P. Yoder, 91, formerly of Hamburg, a resident at Cornerstone Living, New Tripoli, died Thursday, January 8, 2026 in Cornerstone Living. She was the wife of the late Robert K. "Pee Wee" Yoder, died August 6, 2021.
Born in Centre Township, she was the daughter of the late Clayton D. and Fannie P. (Minnich) Reber. She was a member of Mohrsville Church of the Brethren. She graduated from Ontelaunee High School in 1952. Shirley worked as an accountant at N&H Corporation, Mohnton for many years until retirement. She had previously been employed as the office manager of Crown Knitting Mill. She enjoyed ceramics, quilting, baking, and going on walks. She also enjoyed gardening. Shirley was previously a volunteer with visiting nurses.
She is survived by her loving children: Steven, husband of Linda (Zerr) Yoder, Lenhartsville; and Jeffrey, husband of Betty (Kunkle) Yoder, Boyertown; three grandsons: Gregory, husband of Adrienne; David, husband of Amy; and Ryan; and two great-grandchildren: Alexis and Zachary. She was predeceased by a son: Michael J. Yoder, died April 29, 2022, and her siblings: Clarence, Lee, Thelma, Miriam, and Ernestine.
Graveside services will be Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 11:00 am in Viewpoint Cemetery, Centre Township. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to: Mohrsville Church of the Brethren, 1542 Shoey Road, Mohrsville, PA 19541.
