Scott C. Varner, 65, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 in Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest. He was predeceased by his wife Ulrike Varner

Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Charles and Anna (Hummel) Varner. Scott was a U.S. Army veteran. He worked for Viking International Trucks, and most recently for Penn DOT. Scott was a PA State Forest Fire Warden. He enjoyed fishing and NASCAR.

Scott is survived by a son: Benjamin Varner; two step-sons: Patrick Sollner and Steven Williams; and one brother: John R. Varner. He was predeceased by a sister: Lori Batz.
