Robert (Bobby) Melvin Miller was born in Centerport, PA on February 14, 1933 - the son of the

late Mark V.B. and Katie (Mogel) Miller.

Bobby attended a one-room school in Centerport and graduated from Muhlenberg High School

in 1950.

Bobby was a dedicated employee at Carpenter Steel for 37 years - retiring in 1995.

He was the smiling friend to everyone from the front porch swing. Bobby was an accomplished

gardener and also enjoyed fishing and hunting. He loved being outdoors and shared his passion

for nature with his daughters and grandchildren whom he adored.

He was married to the late Grace "Jackie" (Snyder) for 68 years.

Survivors include daughters Cynthia Miller-Aungst, wife of Edmund of Fleetwood and Amy

Miller-Cush, wife of G. Andrew of Wyomissing. Grandchildren: Katelyn Grace Jackson (Aungst),

wife of Christopher, Andrew Robert Miller Aungst, husband of Cassandra (Drew), Kylie Grace

Cush, wife of Thomas O'Connor, and Katie Quinn Cush. Great Grandchildren: Emilia Grace

Aungst and Jameson Cush O'Connor.

Per wishes of the family, services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., is in charge of arrangements.
