Robert N. Jones, 77, of Tilden Twp., and formerly of Orwigsburg, passed away on Friday, December 4, 2015 in his residence. He was the husband of Lois A. (Gilchrist) Jones, to whom he was married for fifty-three years.

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Germaine Stoy. Robert was a firefighter for the City of Philadelphia.

Surviving in addition to his wife is one son: Robert L. Jones, Philadelphia; one daughter: Theresa M. (Jones), wife of Jeffrey Marsh, Tilden Twp.; four granddaugthers: Devon Ann Powick, Sara Paige Powick, Mia Victoria Jones, and Andrea Breao; and one sister: Germaine, wife of Steven Henss, Coatesville.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, December 13, 2015 at 1:00 pm from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 65 S. 4th Street, Hamburg. A visitation with the family will be held in the funeral home on Sunday 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm.
