Randy L. Flammer, 69, of Tilden Twp., passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2025 in the Reading Hospital, with his loving family by his side. He was the husband of Debra L. (Rentschler) Flammer. They were married on November 7, 1992 and celebrated thirty-two years of marriage.

Born in West Reading, he was the son of the late Russell F. and Helen M. (Dunkle) Flammer. Randy was a 1974 graduate of Hamburg Area High School. He was a U.S. Navy veteran during the Vietnam War. Randy worked for Arrow International. He also co-owned R & W Engraving. Randy was a member of Hamburg Bible Church. He was a former member of the Hamburg Jaycees where he served as president and held other offices. Randy designed the King Frost Parade badges and floats for many years. He was known as "Handy Randy" and enjoyed woodworking and carpentry. He was very creative. Randy also enjoyed watching and feeding birds.

Surviving in addition to his wife is his daughter: Janine H. (Flammer) Kamp, wife of Luke A. Kamp, Tilden Twp. Randy is also survived by his siblings: Judy Hiester, wife of Roy; Gary Bohr, husband of Mary; Brian Bohr, husband of LuAnn; all of Pine Grove; and Suzanne Bowser, of PA; brother-in-law: Robert Tice, Pine Grove;

and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister: Patricia Tice.

Services will be held on Saturday at 10:30 am from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 223 Peach Street, Leesport. Burial with military honors will follow in New Bethel Zion Cemetery, Greenwich Twp. A viewing will be held in the funeral home Friday 6:00 to 8:00 pm and Saturday 9:30 to 10:30 am. Memorial
