Paul A. Phillips, 83, of Greenwich Twp., passed away on Monday, July 4, 2016 in Berks Heim where he resided. He was the husband of Pauline M. (Heinly) Phillips, a resident at Hearthstone at Maidencreek. Born in Windsor Twp., he was the son of the late Paul R. and Bertha (Swoyer) Phillips. Paul was a life-long dairy farmer on the family farm in Greenwich Twp. He also worked as a parts courier for NAPA Auto Parts, Hamburg; and a truck driver for Windsor Knitting Mill, Hamburg. Surviving in addition to his wife is one son: David P. Phillips, and his wife Karen, Breinigsville; three grandsons; and one sister: Mary (Phillips), wife of Richard Steigerwalt, New Ringgold. A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 8, 2016 from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 65 S. 4th Street, Hamburg. A visitation with the family will be held in the funeral home on Friday 10:00 to 10:30 am. Burial will be private.
