Patricia A. Boltz, 66, of Centre Twp., died Wednesday, May 2, 2012 in the Reading Hospital where she was a patient since April 9.

Born in Bethel, she was the daughter of Rufus Z. Bashore, Penn Twp., and the late Cathaline J. (Ratlief) Bashore. She was a graduate of Schuylkill Valley High School. Patricia worked as a nurse's aide for Berks Home Care, Wyomissing. She was a member of Salem (Belleman's) Church, Centre Twp. She was registration coordinator for Schuylkill Valley Food Pantry, Leesport; and a greeter for the Free Lunch Program at St. John's (Gernant's) Church. Patricia was also a member and past president of the Central Berks Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, Centerport.

Surviving in addition to her father is one daughter: Debbie A. (Boltz), wife of Mike Urso, Shippensburg; one granddaughter: Addison Faith; five brothers: Terry L. Bashore, Kansas; Donald G. Bashore and Ricki R. Bashore, Sr., both of Lebanon; Steve A. Bashore, Hamburg; and Robert L. Bashore, Annville; one sister: Judy C. (Bashore) Kramer, Leesport; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Services will be on Monday at 11:00 am from Little Swatara Church of the Brethren, 31 Rehrersburg Road, Bethel, PA 19507. Burial will be in Little Swatara Church Cemetery. A viewing will be held on Sunday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 2115 Main Street, Centerport and at the church Monday 10:00 to 11:00 am.
