Patricia A. Adams, 89, of Hamburg, passed away Sunday, April 28, 2024 in St. Luke's Hospice - Bethlehem. She was the wife of Richard L. Adams. They were married November 12, 1955 and celebrated 68 years of marriage.

Born in Edenburg, she was the daughter of the late Claude and Dorothy (Shade) Rubright. She worked as a sewing machine operator at the former Wright's Knitting Mill, Hamburg, retiring in 1997. She was a member of St. Paul's (Smoke) Church, Windsor Twp. She was a member of Shoemakersville Fire Company Auxiliary and Shoemakersville Senior Citizens. She loved trips to the casinos especially with the seniors; and she and her husband were avid fans of the Reading Phillies and the Philadelphia Phillies. Patricia always felt that she had three families, her actual biological family, her church family, and her family at the apartment building where she resided.

Surviving in addition to her husband is a son: Craig L. Adams, husband of Kathy A. (Janisch), Schnecksville; two granddaughters: Bethany A. Adams, wife of Stephanie L. Adams, Kutztown, and Christina L. (Adams) Baltz, wife of Tyler A. Baltz, South Whitehall Twp. She was predeceased by her siblings: Claude and Betty Rubright.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, May 3, 2024 at 11:00 am from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 65 S. 4th Street Hamburg (off street parking in rear). Burial will follow in Zion's Cemetery, Perry Twp. A viewing will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 am in the funeral home.
