Norris Stanley Carl, 26, of Upper Tulpehocken Twp., passed away after injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident on Saturday, July 2, 2022.

Born in Reading, he was the son of Norris W. Carl, companion of Sally Grugan, Shoemakersville and Rochelle L. (Balthaser) Haller, Bernville. He worked in masonry for JBMZ, Strausstown. He enjoyed fishing, BMX biking, and camping. He loved to play PlayStation and enjoyed horseback riding. He will be remembered as the life of the party, always working hard to make other people laugh. He enjoyed collecting knives, animals, especially his puppies, and his jobs. He was always proud of his hard work after he was finished. Norris was always willing and ready to help someone that needed it.

Surviving in addition to his parents are two brothers: Austin N. Balthaser, Hamburg, and Cpl. Trevon J. Haller, a US Marine stationed at Camp Lejeune. He is also survived by his maternal grandmother: Nancy A. (Yost) Brickey, Hamburg; aunt: Kimberly (Carl) wife of Thomas Ryan, Kutztown; and his cousins: Merissa (Ryan) Sechler, Thomas Ryan, Jr., and Lauren (Brickey) Grant.

A Celebration of Norris' Life will be held Saturday, July 23, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Strausstown Rod and Gun Club Pavillion, 85 Club Road, Bethel, PA 19507.
