Nancy A. Freitag, 84, of Perry Twp., passed away on Monday, November 25, 2024 in the Laurel Center, Tilden Twp. She was the wife of Richard A. Freitag, who died on March 4, 2020.

Born in Buffalo, New York, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Mildred (Kilner) Canfield.

Nancy enjoyed reading and sewing and made her daughter Cheryl's wedding dress. She also enjoyed baking, camping, hiking and the outdoors. Nancy was a master gardener and flower show judge; and enjoyed flower arranging.

Nancy is survived by her children: Lori Diachin, wife of Darin, Livermore, California; Cheryl M. Bucheit, wife of Leon "Bud", Perry Twp.; and Mark Freitag, husband of Amy, Evans, Georgia; and five grandchildren: Quintin, Julia, Ashley, Caleb and Maggie. She was predeceased by her four brothers.

A visitation and gathering with the family will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2024 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm at Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 65 S. 4th Street, Hamburg (off street parking in rear).
