It is with great sadness that the family of Michael J. Ragsdale announce his sudden passing on Saturday, June 30, 2018, at the age of 62 years. Mike was born on March 18, 1956 in Norristown, PA to Rhett and Mary (Sheehan) Ragsdale. He was a 1974 graduate of Bensalem High School. He served in the United States Air Force right after high school up until 1980. He then went on to a career in the trucking industry. Those who knew Mike knew that he was very passionate about his work. He will be truly missed by those who loved him.

Mike was predeceased by his parents and his brother Daniel Ragsdale (Cathleen). Mike is survived by and will be lovingly remembered by his children, Tara Ragsdale, Christine Ragsdale (Eric Maynard), Erin (Ragsdale) Sliwinski (Richard) and Michael Ragsdale; his brother William Ragsdale (Jean Anderson); his sister Sharon Ragsdale (Hope Kushner); and his seven grandchildren Francis, Anthony, Faith, Abigael, Olivia, Audie and Liam.

A Funeral Service in memory of Mike will be held on Saturday, July 14, 2018, at the The Olde Church of Saint Andrew, 135 S Sycamore St, Newtown, PA 18940. Visitation will begin at 9:00 am, followed by a mass at 10:00 am. Private interment will follow. Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., Hamburg, PA is assisting the family with arrangements.
