Mary J. Yoder, 91, of Tilden Twp., formerly of Edenburg, died Monday, October 1, 2012 in the Reading Hospital. Her husband, Raymond J. Yoder, died February 11, 1985.
Born in Clearfield County, she was the daughter of the late Leedill and Christine (Johnson) Johnston. Mary worked as a sewing machine operator at Windsor Knitting Mill for 36 years, last working in February 1983. She was a member of Union Fire Company No. 1 of Hamburg and beneficial, and Virginville Fire Company
Mary is survived by one son: David L. Yoder, husband of Geraldine (Werley), Upper Bern Twp.; and two daughters: Ann C. (Yoder), wife of Gerald D. Reppert, Perry Twp.; and Donna M. (Yoder), wife of William H. Bausher, Tilden Twp., and with whom she resided; four grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Berks County Memorial Gardens.
