Martin F. Mager, 73, of Maidencreek Twp., passed away Saturday, April 25, 2026 in Reading Hospital and Medical Center. He was the husband of Carol A. (Kauffman) Mager. They were married August 30, 1980 and celebrated 45 years of marriage.

Born in Pottsville, he was the son of the late John F. and Clara E. (Kephart) Mager. He graduated from Blue Mountain High School in 1970; and later received an associates degree from Goldey Beacom College, Wilmington, DE. Martin worked for Berks Products as a salesman for 35 years before retiring in 2014. He enjoyed fishing, go kart racing, casinos, and playing scratch off tickets. He also enjoyed watching Wicked Tuna; and spending time with his family and friends.

Surviving in addition to his wife is a daughter: Heather K. (Mager) Zientek, wife of Christopher, Shillington; and his siblings: John, Ruth Ann, David, Kate, Mary, Paul, and Joe. He was predeceased by a son: Kevin M. Mager; and his brothers: Christopher and George.

A memorial visitation will be held Wednesday, May 6, 2026 from 5:00 to 6:30 pm. There will be a time of sharing memories at the conclusion of the visitation.
