Marie L. (Beishline) Oster, 86, a resident of the Laurel Center, Hamburg, and formerly of Center Valley and Orefield, passed away on Monday, January 7, 2013. She was the widow of Donald F. Oster, who died May 14, 1982. Born in Tomhicken on March 15, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Stella (Brown) Beishline. Besides raising her own family, she worked for many years as a housekeeper and nanny for the Jaindl families. Marie is survived by her two daughters: Donna M. Oster, companion of Francis Dolny, Shoemakersville; and Laura J., wife of Phillip Cox, Wytheville, Virginia; one granddaughter: Jamie Lynn, wife of Jamie B. Schneck, Allentown; and one very special great-grandson: Benjamin F. Schneck. Preceding her in death were two brothers: Ralph and Conrad; and three sisters: Meda, Edna and Nora. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, January 10, 2013 at 11:00 am from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 65 S. 4th Street, Hamburg, with Rev. Willard J. Uhler, Jr. officiating. Burial will be immediately following at Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Airport Road, Allentown. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to St. John's Ev.
