Lois L. Crow, 85, formerly of Perry Twp., died September 13, 2011 at Columbia Cottage, Wyomissing, where she resided since February. Her husband, Charles M. Crow, died October 12, 2007.

Born in Frackville, she was the daughter of the late Isaac and Catherine (Karbel) Thomas. Lois and her husband owned and operated Charles Crow Garage along Route 61 in Perry Township from 1960 until 2005. She was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Leesport, where she was a former church secretary and member of Consistory; former president, secretary and treasurer of the Women's Guild; and a choir member since 1982. Lois was also a member of the Women of the Moose, Hamburg; and a former member of the Leesport Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.

Surviving is one son: Russell C. Crow, West Wyomissing; two daughters: Gale L. (Crow) Pyles, Perry Twp.; and Kathy L. (Crow) Smith, York; daughter-in-law: Marguerite C. (Riegel) Crow, Tilden Twp.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She is also survived by one brother: Albert Thomas, in South Carolina; and one sister: Sarah (Thomas) Ragazinkski, Detroit, Michigan. Lois was predeceased by a son: Wayne L. Crow, died November 10, 1998; a daughter: Brenda J. Crow, died June 26, 1948; one grandson; and her daughter-in-law.

Services will be on Friday at 11:00 am from Trinity United Church of Christ, 17 Center Avenue, Leesport, with Rev. Deborah P. Schwartz officiating. Burial will follow in Leesport Cemetery, Ontelaunee Twp. A viewing will be held in the church Friday 9:30 to 11:00 am.
