Lloyd M. Blatt, Jr., "Butch", 57, of Centre Twp., passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2015 in the Tremont Health and Rehabilitation Center, Schuylkill County. Born in West Reading, he was the son of the late Lloyd M., Sr. and Mary M. (Miller) Blatt. Butch had owned and operated Rolling Hills Family Farms; and last worked as a truck driver for Broken Arrow Trucking. He was a member of Salem (Belleman's) Church, Centre Twp. Butch was very proud to play softball for the Belleman's softball team. He loved farming and felt it was in his blood. Butch always had a sense of humor and quick wit. Butch is survived by three sons: Joel B. Blatt, and his wife Angela, Mohrsville; Daniel L. Blatt, Orwigsburg; and Lucas M. Blatt, Leesport; one daughter: Angela L. (Blatt), wife of Andrew Potts, Bern Twp.; and seven grandchildren: Alyssa, Gabriella, Lucas, Emma, Mason, Matthew and Royce. He is also survived by two brothers: John E. Blatt, and his wife Dee, Boyertown; and James F. Blatt, Leesport; and two sisters: Mary Jane (Blatt) Miller-Farr, wife of Robert Farr, Mohrsville; and Sarah I. (Blatt), wife of Andrew Steficek, Hamburg. Butch was predeceased by one brother: William L. Blatt; and two sisters: Bessie L. (Blatt) Webb and Joan R. (Blatt) Symons Reber. Services will be held next Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at 11:00 am from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 223 Peach Street, Leesport, PA 19533. Burial will follow in Fairview (Belleman's) Cemetery, Centre Twp. A viewing will be held in the funeral home Monday, February 9, 2015 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm and Tuesday, February 10, 2015 from 10:00 to 11:00 am.
