Kerry R. Goodwin, 60, of Perry Twp., passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2024 in his residence. He was the husband of Kathleen N. (Keim) Goodwin. They were married May 14, 1988 and celebrated 36 years of marriage.

Born in West Reading, he was the son of the late Richard F. and Madge E. (Kline) Goodwin. Kerry was a US Army Veteran. He worked as a welder at Dana and was a forklift operator at Volvo-Mack, Macungie, last working March 2024. A few months before his passing, Kerry gave his life to Christ and was preparing to join the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Hamburg. He enjoyed the outdoors, hiking, mushroom hunting and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved his grandchildren, and enjoyed cooking for the whole family. He was an active member of Northkill Rod and Gun Club and PSAA (Pennsylvania State Archery Association).

Surviving in addition to his wife is a daughter: Amy S. (Goodwin) Miller, wife of Blair C., Perry Twp.; a son: Derek R. Goodwin, husband of Rachel M. (Kemmerer), Hamburg; three grandchildren: Haisley, Naomi, and Baylee; a brother: Keith W. Goodwin, West Brunswick Twp.; and a sister: Kelly (Goodwin) Meitzler, wife of Mark, North Carolina.

Memorial Services will be held on November 14, 2024 at Hamburg Seventh Day Adventist Church, 22 Willow Road, Hamburg, PA 19526. A visitation will be held from 4pm to 6pm in the church with services immediately following at 6pm. Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., Hamburg is in charge of arrangements.
