Kelly T. Perlaki, 53, of Hamburg, passed away on Friday, February 13, 2015 in her residence. She was the wife of James M. Perlaki. Born in Union City, Indiana, she was the daughter of Bertha (Clear) Marquis, Lebanon, Indiana; and the late Edward Marquis. Surviving in addition to her husband are three sons: Jason M. Perlaki, New Ringgold; Joseph R. Perlaki, Hamburg; and Thomas J. Perlaki, Hamburg; and two daughters: Amanda M. Perlaki, Laredo, Texas; and Ashley M. Perlaki, Hamburg. Kelly is also survived by two brothers: Edward and Michael; and three sisters: Kathy, Kristie, and Kim. She was predeceased by a sister: Karen. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday at 2:00 pm from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 65 S. 4th Street, Hamburg. A visitation with the family will be held Saturday from 1:00 to 2:00 pm.
