Keith R. Reinsel, 67, formerly of Hamburg, a resident at ProMedica Skilled Nursing and Rehab, passed away Monday, January 17, 2022.

Born in Reading, he was the son of the late George S. and Louise A. (Baver) Reinsel. He graduated from Hamburg Area High School in 1973. Keith worked for many years at Hepner's Glass Shop in Hamburg. He enjoyed fishing, attending NASCAR and sprint car racing events, baseball, hiking, shooting, and building model cars. He loved to play his bass guitar, and enjoyed playing in bands over the years, especially Holy Smoke. He loved the dogs that he had throughout his life, and enjoyed training them.

He is survived by a son: Bryan K. Reinsel, Hamburg; a brother: Kerry G. Reinsel, husband of Joy, Exeter; two sisters: Gail L. (Reinsel) wife of Barry Schappell, Tilden Twp., and Sherry F. (Reinsel) Degler, wife of Gordon, Birdsboro. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews: Samantha, Jennifer, Kelly, Chad and Todd.

A viewing will be held Friday, January 21, 2022 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 65 S. 4th Street Hamburg (Off-Street Parking in rear).
