Keith A. Hartman, Sr., 71, of Maidencreek Twp., passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 in his residence. He was the husband of Elizabeth E. (Phile) Hartman. They were married on September 29, 1973 and celebrated fifty years of marriage.

Born in West Reading, he was the son of the late Ray N. and Joan R. (Bowers) Hartman. Keith was a 1970 graduate of Schuylkill Valley High School, where he was a member of the football team. He was a U.S. Army veteran. Keith worked for G.H. Delp, then Hershey Foods, and last for Samuel Adams, until his retirement. He was a member of the NRA and the Fleetwood American Legion Post 625. Keith was a fan of all Philadelphia sports teams and enjoyed classic rock music. He also enjoyed bowling and bowled a 300 game.

Surviving in addition to his wife are his two sons: Keith A. Hartman, Jr., Maidencreek Twp.; and Michael R. Hartman, husband of Meredith, Mohnton.

Services will be held on Saturday at 1:30 pm from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 223 Peach Street, Leesport. The family requests that casual attire be worn to the service. Burial with military honors will be in St. John's (Gernant's) Cemetery, Ontelaunee Twp. A viewing will be held in the funeral home Saturday 12:30 to 1:30.
