Kathryn E. Miller, 89, formerly of Mohrsville and Hamburg, died Wednesday, March 20, 2013 in StoneRidge Towne Centre, Myerstown. She was the wife of George M. Miller, died March 17, 1981. Born in Mohrsville, she was the daughter of the late Peter M. and Lizzie A. (Berger) Long. Kathryn worked as a folder for twenty-six years for the Crown Knitting Mill, Mohrsville, retiring in 1978. She was a member of Zion's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Perry Twp. Kathryn is survived by one daughter: Ruth I. (Miller), wife of Gary W. Sheetz, Lebanon and with whom she resided; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter: Betty Jane (Miller) Kauffman; three brothers: P. Monroe; Cyrus; and Horace Long; and three sisters: Mary M. Rhoads; Sarah S. Madeira; and Minnie M. Kadeck. Services will be on Friday at 2:00 pm from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 65 S. 4th Street, Hamburg (off street parking in rear). Burial will follow in St. Michael's Cemetery, Tilden Twp.
