Kathleen "Kathy" (McIntyre) Gaspari, 57, went to be with the Lord on October 6, 2023. Kathy was the loving wife of James Gaspari, Lenhartsville, PA of 17 years.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Thomas McIntyre Sr and Maureen (Kirn) McIntyre, Laureldale, PA. Kathy graduated from Holy Name High School in 1984 and Clarion University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications. She was employed with Lehigh Valley Health Network since 2010 as a Professional Medical Coder. Her prior employment included copywriter, Aesthetician, Realtor®, and Clinic Manager. Kathy treasured the friendships formed with all her co-workers and mentors.

She was a member of Fleetwood Bible Church, Fleetwood, PA. Kathy enjoyed various glass and jewelry craft making, local walking and biking trails, and reading.

Kathy is survived by her husband Jim, mother Maureen, two brothers, Thomas McIntyre Jr., husband of Tracy (Milligan) McIntyre, Reading, PA, and Raymond McIntyre, husband of Sheri (Swierczewski) McIntyre, Sinking Spring, PA, and sister Annmarie (McIntyre) Melcher, wife of Rick Melcher, Wyomissing, PA,

Other survivors include three nephews, three nieces, along with three great nephews and two great nieces.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, October 14, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Leibensperger Funeral Home in Leesport, PA. The visitation will be held from 12:30 p.m. until the time of service.
