Surviving in addition to his wife and mother are his two children: Harlee M. Ehrets, Mt. Penn and Logan A. Ehrets, Iwakuni, Japan. Bup is survived by his sisters: Lorrie (Ehrets) Holben; Connie (Ehrets) Tworkoski, wife of Eric; and their respective children. Bup is also survived by his honorary children - Travis Kauffman, husband of Sarah, and their children Colton and Cooper Kauffman; Amy Kauffman; Kayla (Rinehart) Brobst, wife of JD; and many others. Bup is also survived by many beloved extended family members.

Bup will also be remembered by those that came to know and love him while he was employed by East Penn Manufacturing for 23 years and at Carpenter Technology since 2017, where he last worked as a crane operator. Bup always showed a love and commitment to his community; he was an Active Life member and past Vice President of Reading Motorcycle Club, where he will be remembered as a brother and friend to so many. Bup will also be remembered by those who knew him as a member of Reading Company Boosters, Shartlesville Fish and Game Association, Shartlesville Fire Company, and Pike Township Sportsmen's Association.

Bup was at home in the woods, streams, open roads, and in the company of his family and friends. He passed with a love of good music, good people, all things V-twin, knowing Lemmy was God, and the best children he could ask for.

Above anything else Bup, cherished being able to pass along his love of motorcycles, fishing, and hunting of all kinds to his son Logan; who serves as an Active Duty Marine Staff Sergeant.
