June M. Bausher, 88, of Palmyra, formerly of Hamburg, died Thursday, November 26, 2015 in Palmyra Health and Rehabilitation Center, Palmyra. She was the wife of the late Eugene F. Bausher, who died March 13, 2009.
Born in Angelica, Berks Co., she was the daughter of the late Irvin and Emma M. (Hainly) Remp. She worked as a sewing machine operator for 25 years at Windsor Knitting Mill until her retirement. She was a member of St. Michael's Church, Tilden Twp. June enjoyed gardening, and really loved her pets.
June is survived by two sons: Theodore W. Bausher, Strausstown, Timothy E. Bausher, Palmyra; a daughter: Maryellen E. (Bausher) Snyder, Palmyra; four grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. She was predeceased by a daughter Rose Marie (Bauser) Snyder, died January 4, 1997; a brother: Leon I. Remp; and four sisters: Verna E. (Remp) Kunkel, Pauline (Remp) Herbert, Helen (Remp) Carvel, and Elva (Remp) Herbert.
Services will be held Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at 11:00 am from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc. 65 S. 4th Street Hamburg, (off street parking in rear).
