Joy D. Parr, 53, of Washington, PA, passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2022.
Born in Pottstown, she was the daughter of Barry E. Mann, of Troy, PA; and Linda D. (Zollers) Mann, Reading. Joy was a graduate of Owen J. Roberts High School and received a Master's Degree in speech and audiology. She worked as a speech therapist. Joy enjoyed her work and taking care of her children.
Surviving in addition to her parents are her children: Zachary P. Parr; Evan R. Parr; and Kassandra M. Parr, all of Washington; one sister: Dr. Barbara L. Mann-Harbonic, Bernville; and one brother: Barry M. Mann, Troy.
Services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 am from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 65 S. 4th Street, Hamburg (off street parking in rear). Burial will follow in St. Matthew's Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery, Chester Springs. A visitation with the family will be held in the funeral home Saturday 10:30 to 11:00 am.
