John C. Horsfield, Jr., 64, of Hamburg, PA, died November 26, 2012 in St. Joseph Medical Center, Reading. He was the husband of Donna C. (Roberts) Horsfield, to whom he was married 44 years. Born in Halifax, England, he was the son of the late John C., Sr., and Ivy (Binns) Horsfield. John was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. He worked for GPU in Parsippany and Reading, PA as an accountant. John was involved in the Order of the Arrow of The Boy Scouts of America. Also surviving are two sons: Daniel S. Horsfield, and his companion Jessica Akers, Hellertown, PA; and Christopher J. Horsfield, and his wife Connie, East Stroudsburg, PA; one sister: June, wife of Lou Renshaw; niece Amy, wife of Darin Merkle; and nephew: Keith Renshaw, and wife Amanda, all of Spring Hill, Florida; and mother-in-law: Mildred Roberts, Cincinnati, Ohio. Services will be on Saturday at 12:00 noon in Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 65 S. 4th Street, Hamburg. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery, Hamburg.
