Jeanne M. Ebersole, 74, a resident at Laurel Center, Tilden Twp., passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2026 in Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center.

Born in Mansfield, she was the daughter of the late Edward C. and Anna (Baker) Wiand. She graduated from Mansfield High School; and later graduated from Reading Hospital School of Nursing. Jeanne worked as a registered nurse. She loved flowers, being outdoors, and hummingbirds. Most of all, she loved her grandchildren.

She is survived by a daughter: Amy B. (Shollenberger) Stephen, wife of Anthony H., Schuylkill Haven; and her two grandchildren: Alannah and Anthony, V. She is also survived by her siblings: Dean Wiand, husband of Lisa, Joel Wiand, husband of Jodi, Glenn Wiand, husband of Barb, all of Mifflinburg; and Norma (Wiand) Conklin, wife of Dennis, Tennessee. She was predeceased by a brother: Robert Wiand.
