Jaxen Thomas Clark, infant son of Michael J. and Lisa A. (Goos) Clark, Hamburg, passed away on Monday, October 28, 2013 in St. Christopher's Hospital for Children, Philadelphia. He was born in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading, on Friday, October 11, 2013. Surviving in addition to his parents is one brother: Damian M. Clark; paternal grandmother: Tammy L. Vinogradov, fiance of John Decker, Milton; paternal grandfather: Gary M. Clark, Dickinson, Texas; and maternal grandfather: David Goos, Lady Lake, Florida. Jaxen is also survived by his paternal great-grandmother: Donna Bridgers, Lenhartsville; maternal great-grandparents: Robert and Darlene Clark, Dickinson, Texas; and his aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his maternal grandmother: Janet Ziegler; and paternal great-grandfather: Cal Bridgers.
