Jason M. Lassandro, 48, of Ontelaunee Twp., passed away Friday, April 14, 2023 in St. Luke's Hospital, Allentown. He was the husband of Angela F. (Madeira) Lassandro. They were married May 25, 2002 and celebrated 20 years of marriage.
Born in Pottsville, he was the son of Joseph M. Lassandro, husband of Carla, Jensen Beach, FL; and Eileen C. (Boyer) Guitas, wife of Jack Guitas, Cressona. Jason was a member of LCBC-Berks. He graduated from Schuylkill Haven High School in 1993; and later received an Associate's Degree in Drafting from Lincoln Tech. Jason worked at Arrow International, Wyomissing; Drug Plastics, Boyertown; Merit Medical, Malvern; and was currently employed at DSM, Exton as an engineer. He loved muscle cars, especially his 1970 Buick GS, traveling to Outer Banks, and fires with friends. He always enjoyed watching his children play sports.
Surviving in addition to his wife and parents are two sons: Noah C. Lassandro, and Joshua M. Lassandro; three daughters: Anna R. Lassandro, Julia G. Lassandro, and Sara E. Lassandro, all at home. He is also survived by his siblings: Gina M. Lassandro, Lancaster, Joey M. Lassandro, husband of Leah, Cressona, and Jennifer M. Kelly, wife of Sean, Lake Wynonah; brother-in-law: Anthony M. Madeira, husband of Jess, Stillwater, NJ, nieces and nephews: Haley, Brady, Griffin and Piper; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorial services will be held Friday, April 21, 2023 at 11:00 am from LCBC-Berks, 130 Redners Way, Leesport, PA 19533. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family in Schuylkill Memorial Park. A visitation with the family will be held from 9:30 to 11:00 am in the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to: St. Luke's University Health Network, St. Luke's Development Office 801 Ostrum St. Bethlehem, PA 18015.
