James T. Hendricks, "Jimmy", 40, of Centre Twp., passed away in his residence on Friday, November 10, 2023.

Born in West Reading, he was the son of Janet S. (Breidegam) Hendricks, Centre Twp., and the late James I. Hendricks. Jimmy was a 2002 graduate of Schuylkill Valley High School. He was a member of St. Michael's Church, Tilden Twp. Jimmy enjoyed spending time with his family, going out to eat, going on trips - cruises, the beach, bus trips, and going to Philadelphia and Reading Phillies games He loved Christmas, playing his PlayStation 4, watching wrestling on TV, Super Heroes - especially Spiderman, playing ping pong in the basement, and his German Shepherds and the family cat. Jimmy also loved watching the local farmers do their field work, walking in the great outdoors, feeding the birds, watching the deer and wildlife outside of his house, and John Deere tractors.

Surviving in addition to his mother is his sister: Jill L. Hendricks, companion of Jeremy Spraut; and his aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service for Jimmy will be held on Thursday at 11:00 am at St. Michael's Church, 529 St. Michael's Road, Hamburg, PA 19526. A visitation with the family will be held in the church on Thursday from 10:30 to 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to St. Mchael's Church, at the above address.
