Henry R. Hoffert, 76, of Centre Twp., passed away Monday, February 24, 2025 in Reading Hospital and Medical Center. He was the husband of Janice M. Hoffert. They were married February 22, 1972 and celebrated 53 years of marriage.

Born in Shoemakersville, he was the son of the late Leroy and Edna S. (Kerschner) Hoffert. He was a proud US Army veteran. Henry worked at QuakerMaid, Leesport and later Ernst Kitchens in Hamburg as a cabinet finisher. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, food, and woodworking. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, and a fan of NASCAR. He always enjoy gathering with friends and playing cards.

He is survived by a son: Neil R. Hoffert, husband of Rachel L. (Ciesla), Leesport; a daughter: Heather M. (Hoffert) Weller, wife of Troy L., Leesport; and a son: Henry R. Hoffert, Jr., husband of Jennifer (Lambert), Port Carbon. He is also survived by nine grandchildren: Brent Hoffert, husband of Alex (Kelly), Jacob Jerdan, Tanner, Jerdan, Emily Hoffert, Logan Weller, Samantha, Hoffert, Jase Hoffert, Adam Hoffer, and Charlie Weller. He is also survived by brothers: Lee Hoffert, husband of Janice, Harvey Hoffert, husband of Wally, and Dennis Hoffert, husband of Deb; and a sister: Jean Hoffert. He was predeceased by a brother: Joe Eck.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will follow in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
