Helena A. Foss, 74, of Hamburg, died Monday, June 20, 2016 in Laurel Center, Tilden Twp. She was the wife of Ellsworth Foss, died December 1998. Born in Bryn Mawr, she was the daughter of the late Louis R. and Anne M. (Weckesser) LaFavor. She graduated from high school in Folsom, CA. She was employed as a nurse at Berks Heim, retiring in 1997. She is survived by three sons: George L. husband of Margaret M. (Spinicchia) Foss, Dutton, VA, Walter H. husband of Darlene (Guido) Foss, Strausstown, and Martin L. husband of Susan (Coniff) Foss, Pottsville; 10 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter: Linda M. (Foss) Warbington, died January 1, 2015. Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
