Helen J. Wydra, 87, formerly of Hamburg, died Friday, February 15, 2013 in Pinebrook Personal Care, Orwigsburg, where she resided for four years. She was the wife of Joseph J. Wydra, died April 3, 2001. Born in Breslau, Luzerne Co., she was the daughter of the late Wasil and Julia (Harakel) Obzut. Helen was a member of St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, Tilden Twp. She enjoyed the years she and her husband lived in Florida. Helen is survived by one son: Joseph J., husband of Eileen (Razzano) Wydra, Harrisburg; and two daughters: Debra E. (Wydra), wife of Daniel K. Adam, Hamburg; and Joellen J. (Wydra), wife of C. Richard Roebuck, Bern Twp.; five grandchildren: Julia, Zachary, Joseph, Mark and Adam; and one great-grandson: Dominic. She is also survived by a brother: Walter Obzut, East Hartford, CT. Helen was predeceased by two brothers: Michael and Thomas; and two sisters: Anne and Veronica. Services will be at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
