Heather L. (Kerr) Chase, 47, of Leesport, passed away on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at her residence. She was the wife of Shaun D. Chase. They were married on March 10, 2017.

Born in West Reading, she was the daughter of the late Mickey L. Kerr and the late Melanie D. (Piersol) Kerr.

Heather was a 1998 graduate of Hamburg Area High School. She was currently employed as a Mobile Counselor for TASC in Reading, where she had worked for approximately one year. Previously, Heather was employed by Redner's Warehouse Markets for 17 years, serving as a bakery manager. She studied nursing at Reading Area Community College (RACC) and drug and alcohol counseling at Alvernia University.

Heather enjoyed coloring and, above all else, spending time with her family. Her daughter, Aubrey, was her entire world, and she cherished every moment they shared together.

Surviving in addition to her husband is her daughter, Aubrey D.S. Chase, at home; a brother, Phil H. Kerr, husband of Janelle J. (Trout) Kerr, Shoemakersville; and two nieces, Mikalee J. Kerr and Raegan L. Kerr.
